An architectural stunner, this single-family "smart home" sleeps up to 16 and includes a theater, an indoor/outdoor pool and jacuzzi, and almost 30-foot floor-to-ceiling glass windows overlooking the Monashee Mountains. 

Or ski a different path and opt for the Explorer Cabin at Sundance Resort. These slopeside retreats are so charming! Enjoy a dip in your private hot tub with some hot chocolate. Vernon

Out of the box is second nature at SilverStar Mountain Resort near Vernon. Steps from the base of Revelstoke Mountain Resort, the Bison Lodge takes the guesswork out of any ski holiday. Not only does the timber-frame structure sleep up to 12, but there's a full range of staff, including a chef, concierge, and massage therapist. Add a theatre room, pool table, ping pong table, and yoga and exercise room to the mix, and this lodge is anything but ordinary.

Kicking Horse Mountain Resort

Want a bird's-eye view? Stay at Eagle's Eye Suites at Kicking Horse Mountain Resort. 40 feet of annual snowfall? Count me in. Whitewater Mountain Resort has all the winter adventuring options you can think of. From 2,014 feet of steeps, deeps, chutes and bowls to endless backcountry opportunities, Whitewater Mountain Resort has something for everyone. Hummingbird Lodge is Whitewater’s only slopeside accommodation—the perfect spot for year-round outdoor exploring. It offers a two-bedroom suite and 10 RV camping sites (six serviced).

The area also boasts a variety of après-ski offerings. You can check out the historic Hume Hotel in Nelson, a bustling city only 25 minutes away by car.
