When you book Tincup Lodge, you're paying for more than accommodation: you're investing in exclusive access to a remote Yukon wilderness lodge where logistics, comfort, and safety are handled for you. Below is a clear breakdown of what your rate includes and what additional costs to plan for.

What's Included in Your Tincup Lodge Rate


Accommodation

Your rate includes:

  • Private cabin with bathroom (hot-water shower and lavatory)
  • Comfortable bedding and quality linens
  • Modern interior furnishings designed and produced in Europe specifically for the Lodge
  • All utilities including limited solar power and heating
  • Fresh linens and towels changed mid-stay for longer visits


Each cabin is fully private and designed for comfort while maintaining a low environmental footprint.
 


All Meals and Non-Alcoholic Beverages

The lodge provides:

  • Full breakfast served family-style
  • Lunch at the Lodge or packed for day adventures
  • Appetizers during evening social time
  • Dinner featuring fresh, locally sourced ingredients when possible
  • Snacks available throughout the day
  • Coffee, tea, juice, and soft drinks
  • Filtered lake water (safe to drink)

Special dietary needs (vegetarian, gluten-free, allergies) can be accommodated with advance notice.


Transportation to and from the Lodge

Your rate includes:

  • Transfers from Burwash Landing to Tincup Lodge by floatplane or helicopter
  • Return transfers at the end of your stay
  • Weight limits typically 40–50 lbs per person (confirmed before arrival)
  • Scenic flight over remote wilderness

Note: Commercial flights to Whitehorse are not included and must be booked separately.


Activities and Equipment
